Rumors are kicking off the floor for several weeks stating that Xiaomi is currently working on the second generation of its Mi Note, which is due for replacement and is expected to be announced sometime later this year. Previous rumors claimed that the Chinese OEM will be using Samsung-powered dual edge display on its Note 2, and today we have some niche on the specs of the phone.
Starting with curbed display, the phone is allegedly said to feature a 5.7” QHD display with 3D pressure sensitive functionality similar to Apple’s iPhone 6S and 6D Plus. The second generation Note 2 will be powered by either a Snapdragon 820 or an 823 chipset, and there are high chances for the phone to have either one of the chip onboard pertaining to the market. RAM and ROM would be 4GB and 64GB respectively, and that comes with a 16MP Sony IMX298 sensor with OIS and 3600mAh battery.
However, all are rumors and it is good to be taken with a pinch of salt. But, interesting nonetheless!
