Meizu in order keep its smartphones on par with Xiaomi that launched Redmi 3S – an upgraded version of Redmi 3, Meizu has also updated its lineup. The company launched the Meizu M3S, an upgraded variant of the Meizu M3.
The Meizu M3S is still featuring the 5-inch 720p display fitted inside a metal unibody and has a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button below the screen. It is powered by an octa-core ARM processor paired with ARM Mali T860 and you’ve got an option of storage to choose from – the base variant has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage while the 3GB variant will have 32GB of storage onboard. There’s also a microSD slot for expanding the storage.
On the back, you’ve got a 13MP camera unit and a 5MP camera on the front. The battery is billed at 3020mAh. Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth, GLONASS, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB.
The phone is available in four colors – Grey, Gold, Silver and Pink. In China, the 16GB version is available for 699 CNY, which converts to about Rs. 7133. The 32GB version costs $899 or about Rs. 9174.
