iPad Pro launch

Apple at its press conference today, unveiled the 9.7-inch iPad Pro alongside the new 4-inch iPhone SE. Apple also unveiled the price for the iPad and iPhone SE in India.

The new iPad Pro will be available in India starting early April in Silver, Space Grey, Gold and Rose Gold colour variants. As of now, only the 32GB variant price has been revealed, which will cost you Rs. 49,900 for the Wi-Fi only variant and Rs. 61,900 for the Wi-Fi plus Cellular Variant.

The tablet is the smaller version of the larger 12.9-inch iPad Pro, but comes with modest upgrades. The device is powered by the same Apple A9X as the larger iPad Pro – a dual-core Twister processor with 4GB of RAM. The iPad Pro features True-Tone display resulting in more pixels, hence the higher resolution. It’s the brightest iPad ever built by Apple. It features Night Shift and comes with ambient sensors, thus turning the iPad to match your ambient color temperature.

In terms of camera, it features a 12-megapixel iSight rear camera with Focus Pixels, True Tone Flash, and new image signal processor as well as a 5-megapixel front snapper. It supports Live Photos as well. The new iPad Pro comes with a support for Smart Keyboard cover and Apple Pencil.
