HTC One M10 render image and camera specs leaked

A new render image of HTC’s upcoming One M10 has been surfaced on the web, giving us the glimpse of the front and back of the phone. The One M10 will ditch the old M-design and inherit a new design that is more likely identical to One A9. On the back, the camera unit has been shifted below the antenna strip and the curvy edges of the phone looks similar to One A9. There’s a big camera on the front and the stereo speakers are missing, the setback of A9 carried forward to One M10. The HTC logo seen below the screen has gone, making the A9 and M10 to share the same size, despite the latter’s large screen.

Another source has revealed the camera info of M10, which is codenamed “Perfume”. As per leak, M10 will feature a 12-megapixel Sony IMX377 sensor on the back with 1.55um pixel size, laser autofocus, and phase detection autofocus as well. On the front, the handset is going to have a 5-megapixel Samsung s5k4e6 ultrapixel sensor with 1.3um pixel size. Previous leaks claimed to have OIS in both the front and back cameras.

Other rumored specifications include a QHD AMOLED display with a diagonal of 5.1 or 5.2 inches, Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a microSD expansion slot. There’s also a fingerprint scanner embedded on the home button below the screen. As far as we know, the M10 will be running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with HTC Sense 8 on top.

HTC One M10 is not making its way to MWC, but it is expected to be launched on April 11.
