Google adds third-party Android add-ons to its Docs and Sheets’ mobile app

    Google has introduced third-party Android add-ons support for its Docs and Sheets mobile app for Android letting users work with other productivity tools with Google’s office suite. Starting today, Android users will be able to sign documents on your phone, pull CRM data on your tablet or create apps from a spreadsheet and more, provided that you’ve appropriate add-on.

    As of now, Google has partnered with eight third-party apps fro seamless integrations for Docs and Sheets. If you want to sign documents, then you can download DocuSign app and complete a signing process inside the Docs and save it them to drive. If you want to add complex annotations to documents, then use EasyBib to get it done. To import CRM data, users can use ProsperWorks app. Users can use AppSheet to create mobile apps from your data, and Scanbot helps to capture physical documents with your mobile camera.

    Google Docs and Sheets is now compatible with nine add-ons, however, it’s just beginning. We can expect more apps to come from the Google Play in the coming months. It’s an appreciable move from Google to be more productive on your phone.
