Today, the entire nation is celebrating the 147th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhiji. Gandhi Ji was conceived on October 2, 1869, into a Hindu family, in Porbandar city of Gujarat state. He was widely called as Bapuji, the powerfuk person behind India’s independent movement.

He took non-violence in hand, used love as a weapon against British and restored our freedom. We today taste the essence of freedom for which the entire nation has a huge debt on him. Happy Gandhi Jaynati 2016 Celebrations are happening all around the country with joy and peacefulness.

Mahatma Gandhi says, “I regard myself as a soldier, though a soldier of speech. I know the value of discipline and truth. I must ask you to believe me when I say that I have never made a statement of this description that the masses of India, if it became necessary, would resort to violence. I regard myself as incapable in my lucid moments of having…err…in making a statement of this character. It is complete independence that we want.”
