Rick and Morty Season 3 is finally happening and the fans were overwhelmed with excitement on learning that the recording for the season 3 has just begun. One of the authors of the animated TV series, Mike McMahan has quite recently affirmed on Twitter in a sarcasm way that they were recording episode 301 of the enlivened series.
Adding to the disclosure of McMahan, Adult Swim released a video on YouTube claiming it to be the first scene of the series in a way fortified. On its YouTube channel, the network shared 40 seconds of new footage, but upon examination, the video just features brisk scraps from various scenes of Rick and Morty‘s initial two seasons pounded together.
Based on the recent developments that surfaced online for few weeks now along with the Tweet from a writer of the show, it appears like a huge advance has been made by the makers of the show. There has been lack of consistency between seasons and episodes, the showrunners figured out to elevate the curiosity of onlookers.
Earlier in January, Dan Harmon, co-creator of Rick and Morty notified on Twitter that the production of season 3 was taking longer than expected by the producers and will be released once everything is done with the show.
“I don’t have a release date for season 3. It’s not that I know it and I’m not allowed to say it; it’s [Adult Swim’s] domain. What I will tell you is it’s late because of us, it’s late because of me. If Justin [Roiland] were here he’d agree. He and I would go, ‘Yeah, we fuc*ed up,’ and it’s hard to put your finger on how we fucked up. Rick And Morty keeps taking longer and longer to write, and I don’t know why.” Den of Geek quoted co-creator Dan Harmon as saying.
