Rajinikanth Decides Not To Support Anyone in RK Nagar Bypoll

The latest hot buzz in Chennai which grabbed the attention of the entire Tamil Nadu is the upcoming election in RK Nagar constituency. The constituency remains vacant after the demise of former Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa. Though this election has nothing to do with film fraternities, especially stars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan among others, people wants to know to whom they support for in every election.

Rajinikanth took to twitter intentionally to announce his decision on to who to support this election. He wrote, “My support is for no one in the coming elections.” This has created a strong wave in social media because a picture of Gangai Amaran, who is contesting election at RK Nagar as BJP candidate is doing round in social media.

In between, the election commission has temporarily blocked AIADMK symbol and asked the two factions of the party not to use the symbol or the party name either, during campaign. Both factions of AIADMK party (OPS and Sasikala team) will contest the election with a new party name and symbol.
