The reboot has come up with a working title Hellboy: Rise of Blood Queen, not sure whether they will stick the title or not, will have David Harbour as the red-skinned devil, who is best known for his titular demon in Stanger Things. Millennium is in talk with the producers Larry Gordon and Lloyd Levin for the new episode, who have the rights for the franchise, which will also be produced by Mike Richardson of Dark Horse Entertainment.

Guillermo del Toro back in February announced there are no possible ways for the third sequel because of the high budget involved and the first two installments didn’t end up well at the box office. Hence the reboot version of the series returns. It will have the script written by Andrew Cosby, Christopher Golden and Mike Mignola.

There’s no word on the release date of the film, but fans could rejoice about the casting as David Harbour could be a good replacement for a red-skinned, cigar-chomping Hellboy.
