Gautham Menon’s next directorial Dhruva Natchathiram is the current buzz in Kollywood for its exclusive marketing strategy and for the way the film is being positioned. Produced by Gautham’s own production banner Ondraga Entertainment and Madan’s Escape Artists, they have caught right hold of an exceptional promotional campaign by revealing exclusive information about the film each day at 6 PM.
As a part of Dhruva Natchathiram promotional campaign #Everyday6PM, they have unveiled the film’s title and logo and today, they have released the first look of the film, which features Chiyaan Vikram in a stylish new tycoon look. Vikram will be playing the character of John in the film, who appears to be the Indian James Bond looking debonair and reading the Wall Street Journal. The first look hints us the film would be on international platform, most probably a crime thriller.
Apparently, Vikram is the main hero of the film while the lead female and other casting of the film are yet to be revealed, which should be pushed out of the secret magical box in the coming days. The team, simultaneously, working on a teaser and will be launched very soon. Going on floors from tomorrow, 9th of January, the makers are planning to pitch the film out of the box on 11th of August or Independence Day weekend.
We learn that Gautham is working with a Mumbai based film agency for promoting the film which is the first of its kind in Kollywood. The first look of the movie has received a massive response from movie buffs. Simply, John looks dashing and suave in the first poster of Dhruva Natchathiram acing the salt-and-pepper look with panache.
