NEET (UG) 2017 Results released – Check roll number wise results at cbseresults.nic.in

The Central Board of Secondary (CBSE) on Thursday declared the results of the long anticipated NEET UG Medical Exam 2017 on its official web portal.

NEET (UG) 2017 Results: The Central Board of Secondary (CBSE) on Thursday declared the results of the long anticipated NEET UG Medical Exam 2017 on its official web portal. Students who had appeared for the NEET UG Medical Exam 2017 can check their results at cbseresults.nic.in right away.

About 1,138,890 students have attended the NEET entrance exam across the country conducted in 10 different regional languages in 1,921 venues. Students can now check the roll number wise results on the official website.

After logging on to the official website of cbseneet.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in, click on the NEET (UG) 2017 Results link and enter the required details to obtain your results. CBSE is the conducting authority for the NEET 2017 and hence the results for the same have been published by the board now. CBSE will also release All India Rank (AIR), State wise Rank in the subsequent days.

Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will conduct counselling to fill up the 15% All India Quota for which the counseling schedule will be announced shortly. Likewise, each State Authority will announce counseling schedule for their respective State Quota.

Candidates will need to get 50 percentile in order to qualify the NEET (UG) 2017 exam. The result has been calculated based on marks, age and categories. The NEET results for percentile are calculated by two methods – on the basis of marks and ranks. Those who qualify the NEET (UG) exam and are eligible to the medical counselling will be called for counselling shortly. The counselling schedule will be announced in the meantime.
