Tesla Model S

Tesla cuts the base price of its entry-level models of its luxury sedan, the 75 and 75D versions of the Model S and Model X by $5,000 and $3,000, respectively. The premium 90D of both models get a price cut of $2,000. After Tesla just dropping the prices of these electric cars, the cheaper Tesla now starts at $69,500. The price cuts will come into effect today.

The company hasn’t just dropped the prices of its entry-level cars, Tesla has now made some optional features standard across the Model S variants. The optional features like Glass Roof, Power Liftgate, and high-speed charger becomes standard in all Model S cars. This move comes after the discontinuation of the Model S 60 series yesterday.

Tesla has tweaked the features all series of Model S and Model X, with the 75 and 90 series of both models will no longer get adjustable sir suspension. A 20-inch Sonic Carbon rim has replaced the Silver Helix in the Model X and active spoiler will not be available with the Model X. You can get the second row center console for just $500 with the new upgrade options.

While the 75, 75D and 90D series of the Model S and Model X received a price cut, the prices of the longest range models of 100D and P100D bumps by a few thousand dollars. The 100D version goes up by $5,000 and $1,000 for Model S and X, respectively, while the P100D price is increased by $5,000 and $9,500 for Model S and X, respectively.

The 100 series of Model S and X now gets adjustable air suspension as standard and the price increases will go into effect from April 24th. As car companies make price adjustments regularly, Tesla has hiked up the prices of premium models to keep out the things balanced. “We expect our total average selling price to remain almost exactly the same,” Tesla told in a statement.
