Royal Enfield to Introduce New Paint Schemes to the 2016 Lineup

A new set of images surfaced on the internet around the corner. The leaked images give us some idea about the 2016 Royal Enfield motorcycles. From the images, we infer that some cosmetic enhancements, as well as new paint schemes, will be added to the 2016 Royal Enfield lineup.


Both the 350 and 500 versions will get a new paint scheme and it will be sold along with the existing colors. A new Asphalt color will be added to the Thunderbird lineup.

Classic 350

The 2016 Classic 350 will be offered in additional two paint schemes – chestnut and mint. Head lamp casing and front shock absorber are painted black and a new brand graphics seen on fuel tank and the sides of the bike. The rider and pillion seat on the Classic 350 in the chestnut red shade and will feature a new tan seat cover.

Classic 500

Likewise, the Classic 350, the Classic 500 will be offered in three paint schemes – squadron blue, chrome graphite (athena grey) and chrome green (forest green) along with the existing colors.

Bullet 500

Previously, the Bullet 500 was offered only in black and forest green and the 2016 lineup will get a new marsh grey color option as well.

Electra 350

The 2016 Electra 350 will get two additional colors alongside the existing colors. It will be available in maroon and blue.

However, there have been no mechanical upgrades to the existing lineup. Some reports suggests that the company is looking forward to bring two new motorcycles, of those Himalayan will be launched sometime this year and the other unnamed motorcycle will hit the market in 2017.
